Return Policy - After purchase and delivery of our products, if you are not satisfied within 30 days, you may return any item for a full refund (less shipping and handling expenses), if the product returned is in same condition as originally delivered to you. . Note: For special order or commission items, you will receive 50% of the purchase price less shipping and handling expenses, if the product returned is in same condition as originally delivered to you. Your must notify and contact us prior to returning any product. We will provide you with information on how to return-ship the product to Lakeside Designs.
